Pen Repairs

If your pen is less than one month old and requires service or repair, contact the dealer you bought it from first.  If your pen is one months to 25 years old and requires service or repair you should contact the manufacture.  See my Pen Company Directory page.  Many companies can repair pens as old as 25-30 years.  Almost all can repair and service pens up to 10 years old.  Some will charge you, some will repair the pen for free or charge a small shipping fee.   If you have the original warranty information, or even better the receipt, send a copy with the pen.   For older pens that the manufacture will not or cannot repair contact a reputable pen repairman.  Some of the pen repairman I recommend are listed below.
